Knock noise from nearside front when i accelerate and decelerate ?

Hi i have an X reg Renault Megane Coupe Monaco 1.6 16v. When i accelerate and decelerate mainly in 2nd gear (hight TQ gear) there is a knock/thump noise from the nearside front. Sometimes happens around roundabouts but again this is just as i accelerate/decelerate. I'm thinking maybe the inner CV joint on driveshaft into gearbox. Have already changed lower ball joints. Can anyone help??????

Check wishbone to subframe bolts. Also check subframe bolts for tightness.
