suzuki intruder vt600 1996?

all of the electrics have gone dead. the battery is charged the 5 fuses are o.k.the ignition light and neutral light were on i pushed starter button and it all went off . just a slight clicking noise under the pillion seat then nothing. can anybody help?

re suzuki vt600 thank you to stuart and the other person who answered my call for help i followed your advice fitted a brand new fully charged battery. bike is like a new one i am over the moon thanks again....john

stuart is right. Would start with battery. The electric start requires a really good battery. If it is old then proabably knacked and needs replacing

the cliking sounds like the starter soleniod this sounds like a battery problem it is possibly a bad connection clean the terminals and retighten the leads if you have access to a volt meter connect it to the battery you should have about 14v then press starter if voltage drops away it probly wants a battery
