turn off water ,pull off hand control lever undo 4no srcews and pull out cartridge look to bottom of shower and you will see an`o` ring replace this and it will stop dripping( very awkward though) reassemble reverse order

from what i remember, the shower starts dripping when the cartridge is on the way out, i don't think these can be repaired as they are a sealed unit but the cartridge can be replaced
