electric windows ford st24 1999?

the passenger side front window only goes down, ihave replaced motor and switch still does not work however when tried on rear door it works fine. I have tested the voltage on white and yellow feeds both are 13v+ is there a faulty relay and if so where is it ?

yellow andwhite are your live connections from switch (pass door) to motor for up and down put circuit tester on to check power reaching motor if not its a wire if is its the motor hope this helps
