how can ifind noise solution corsa 1999?

hi
can somebody advise me ,i get a clunking noise or cracking noise when i apply brake pedal when coming to a stop.
i have had brake pads eand shoes checked and they are fine. i only have this when i come to a stop.

have to jack motor up at each wheel,check for any loose bolts at suspnsion arms,calipers,wheel nuts,broken springs,play in balljoints,steering joints,a/roll bar links,hub bearings,give everything a good inspection,hope you find something.
