indesit BA 13 fridge freezer falt?

My fridge freezer is not working properly. The freezer seems to be ok but the fridge just keeps freezing my food no mater what setting i put it on

I have just emailed them suggesting Faulty Goods.

Mine's doing the same. The back of the fridge section seems to be frozen more than usual. Items at the back of the fridge freeze solid. Let me know if you've resolved this
