How can I get a diagram of my washing machine to find out the parts ?

My tub collapsed in my F&P GW712, the white plastic disc which holds the long steel rod (holding up tub) has broken, what is that part called? and where can i order if from? thanks

It is called the tub suspension rod and comes as a set of 4. Don't know where you live so can't tell you where to get them from. Look in phone book, phone F&P customer help line or ask local shop that sells F&P washing machines.
