Well - you could wait for somebody in Lampeter who knows the answer to your question to read it and be motivated to answer it - or - you might consider looking in yellow pages.
I suspect yellow pages might be quicker - Yell is also available on line.
Anybody doing garden machinery repairs in your area is likely to know the answer.
