pugeot 106 car seat problem seat coming loose and roling back?

after i have already clicked in place dose anyone no what this could be as i have checked where the clips go and evrything look ok so can`t undertand wat the problem has anyone else exprienced this before as it is happened whilst i`am driving

Sorry, do not know what the cure is, new rail maybe? but it's a common problem on the Saxo's, similar car really.
