I purchased a Ford Fiesta Zetec 1.4 2 months ago and it is leaking internally both the driver side and rear driver side passenger. We have spoken to the dealer and they have told us that this is not covered under warranty. We took it to a local garage who thought it was coming in through via the front window, we have carried out a number of test in that area and it seemed ok. Then today, now the rain is back, I checked inside my car to find it has occurred again. Can anyone tell me why, how or what is casing this problem?

if the membrane between the door trim panel and door itself is,missing/damaged/or not stuck to door on at least the sides and along the bottom then water will enter footwells, as the water will enter the wrong side of door seals! hope this cures your problem,also it may only be front doors at fault the water will travel along floor to rear.[front doors more likely to have been worked on as they have key operation to locks.]

sunroofs have drainage pipes come down each side into sill and if blocked fill sill up on inside and then enters car if you have 1 get some 1 to get a sharp knife and at bottom lip of sill you will find slats you can push blade up into sill do it to clean them out you will tell when water come out of the sill
