I Have a Hotpion FDW 20 Aqarius, 3 years old and the door catch has broken ?

The door catch has given up in the door, the machine still works but the door will not stay closed? Any ideas as hotpoint want £101 for call out or £160 for call out and 12 months complete warranty. They are taking the michael!
