my speedfight is like that as well i have 5gram rollers and it realy slow as the start like it goes 5mp then it kicks in ? how do i check if my drive belt is nakerd ?

thanks adam, would have only started with your conclusion anyway! what weight rollers do you have in? are they worn? do they have flat spots on, try and keep everything standard if you can,check your belt as adam says, any signs of tuffting to the edges change it

is the belt the right length?if its too short it will be slow on the uptake as the belt will be sunk between the clutch pulley halves and be geaerd up already.when you say it pauses for a few seconds do you mean it wont rev for a few seconds for the transmission doesnt seem to engage for a few seconds?m may be the best man to ask he is clued up in the peugeot problem list.
