my girlfriends ghds are under a year old and last night they started melting there casing, they are under a year old but i baught them from a contact/friend who baught them of ebay. the hologram on the lead when checked online says there euthentic so what can i do? do i have a guarantee? shes very upset because they where a gift. please help! they are ghd limited edition purples, she recons they are faulty and if not replaced she will not use ghds again for fear of burning her hair and if not could anyone help me in what to buy here as a replacement. thank you
