how can i fix my white night tumble dryer ?

the tumble dry drum doesnt turn unless with help its had new bearing and heater can you help us with our problem please

there is a capacitor attached to or near the motor.this is to start the motor up.if it fails you have to push the drum around to make it rotate and then when it stops to reverse will not start up again unless you push it again!
