HAve reset the C9 bushes ok but drum not turning making all the right sounds but nothing happening

if the brushes are ok (more than 10mm of carbon left) and you have put the machine in to service mode and reset the C9 error then you have an issue with the motor/wiring/pcb.does the machine rotoate the motor on wash cycles??
