My front loading w/machine came up with error code " de " halfway through the wash cycle. I tapped the door a few times nothing happened. I turned the machine off for half an hour then turned it back, on the error code remained. Turned the machine off removed clothes. Later loaded machine again, switched on, tried to start wash, but error code still there and no action. Any solutions ?

check the filter is clear
check the pump is not blocked
de or DE in display is saying you have drainage problem the machine is not clearing the water in a specific time so flags up the (de) (DE) sign on display
check the above
