Spear & Jackson - engine starts well but dies when the cutter is engaged?

Spear & Jackson multi tool - trimmer, brush cutter & chain attachment. Engine starts well & runs well until you engage the trimmer, then the revs drop and the engine stalls. Have checked spark plug, airfilter, rewound line, replaced fuel. Any ideas??

Running too lean, make an adjustment to the L screw ( up too half a turn out ) no better change replace fuel filter in the tank, remove carb and clean,
