I have used my cleaner once,i needed some more shampoo and used another make not relising i should have used the make of the machine.I have gone to use with the shampoo and it won"t work could it because i"ve used the wrong shampoo?I also don"t have the manual any more,my husband has has misplaced it.Could youplease give me some suggestions

It may be that using the wrong solution has clogged the pipes in your machine, but your description is too vague to give more accurate advice.
