1988 kawasaki zx10 wont start when hot?

1988 kawasaki zx10 wont start when hot but starts from cold and runs with no problem
fuzz, May 2010
Early kwaks had naff coils,a common fault, would make the bike hard or impossible to start when hot.check or replace these 1st,if not that then make sure valve clearence is within spec,if thats ok check carbs,i dont think its carbs but a lot of these bikes had dyno jet kits fitted.
