How can I fix my Singer 201K it is not stitching?

I just bought this vintage electric sewing machine and it was kind of sewing then when I went back to do another piece, the stitches would not form and the thread just does not pick up the bobbin thread.
I've checked everything as it seems fine but I son't know what to do; can anyone help me?

The 201 threads from right to left and the flat side of the needle faces the left side. Also, the bobbin must rotate clockwise when the thead is pulled and it will enter the bobbin case tensioner with ease.

Hello Eleonora,
You do know that the needle on that model has a flat side which must face left and you must thread the needle right to left, that is a fabulous model, if it still won't pick up the thread and you have tried a new needle type my address as you say it not as you see it and I will attach timing instructions.
