I m using multimedia memory card (1 GB) with phone model no. 6230i, now it is not working. the data i have copied in that card is working but i am not able to delete that data & also unable to copy any new data. On copying of any new data it shows an error like (I/O Device error). On formatting of that card it shows an error (unable to format) and formatting via command prompt it shows an error (format can't run bcoz the volume is in use by another process. Format may run if this volume is dismounted first. But if I dismount that card it shows an error (Invalid media or Track 0 bad-disk unusable). have you tryed a card reader? take the card out of your phone put your mmc card (adaptor attached)(little metal clip)(if its one of those cards)insert into card reader then put the card reader into usb port then on computer click on my computer go to removable dvice click open and then you should be able to see whats on you mmc card and delete and to fromat go to removible div right click your mouse botton click on format... this will wipe everything .hope this helps
