i have removed cleaned thoroughly & applied high tempsilicone leak persists how do I stop leak

Hi, I had this problem with my 1800 twin cam 406, I sealed the rocker box but now it has started to come out through the oil filler cap. Still dont know why! Maybe a blocked breather!

does it keep leaking in the same place? has enough silicone been applied?. for silicone sealer to work effectively all traces of oil must be removed by using acetone or thinners to clean the surfaces to be sealed, also wait for the silicone to cure before running the engine and that should do the trick.
