Crane&Viceroy Atomic Karabiner Fob/Date watch?

When given this Fob watch there was no instructions with it. There are four buttons, two on either side. Don't know how to work them. The bottom window seems to be stuck on TH-26. The watch dials are not giving correct time. Please help, this watch belongs to an elderly Sister in the Convent.
