How come my hotpoint side by side refridgerator/freezer only stays cold on bottom where veggies and cold cuts are kept and higher up it's not cold at all,causing milk to spoil, veggies actually freeze over,same with the freezer, bottom stays very cold,but ice trays up above do not harden
