huskey won't stay started?

huskey will not started you have to hot wire it, how would you fix this? THE KEY WILL NOT RESPOND.

Start with simple current test, with the ignition switch in start position do you have a 12 volt supply to the solinoid? if yes it is a solinoid issue, if no, it is possibly a fuse issue, or ignition switch issue.
