I just fixed a kx 80 with the same problem and it cost me about 6 bucks.

change the water pump seals. Hopefully its that simple for you. Make sure you get a new waterpump gasket

maybe a crack in the waterpump housing(also check seals and shaft for exsessive wear or play) or water jackets on the head

it is going to be the waterpump seals that have gone.usually the head gasket blows and then forces air into the cooling system and then it blows the antifreeze past the waterpump seals into the crankcase and mixs with the oil in there and turns a white creamy colour.ok make sure you do the head gasket too or it will just ruin the new seals
