Car key Battery replacement?

I need to replace Panasonic battery CR1818 3v. What is the equivalent?

After reading the other responses I decided I would pull out my strong magnifying glass, and sure enough the number from my Honda fob does say CR1616 (Panasonic)... it's just that the style of text they use comes very close to making the loop of the 6's look like they are complete and hence like 8's.

The number on the battery reads "cr1818". It is not 1818. It is, rather, 1616.

Part of the Problem is that what appears to be CR1818 is actually CR1616; CR1818 does not exist. the battery was much easier to find with this new information. I ordered mine from Amazon.com. $6.49 for a pack of 5 batteries (Panasonic brand) free shipping (3-5 days) . It would be nice if Panasonic made the model # Legible on the Battery. :-))

My wife had the same problem with our 2009 Honda Pilot. the only Place she could find the right battery CR 1818, was at the Local Interstate Battery store. hope this helps.

Ed, did you ever get a replacement number for the Panasonic CR1818? I have a 2009 Hondaa Pilot. I am having a heck of time finding one. It's like it dissapeared off the face of the earth.
