Just bought this of ebay and its not working. The guy says he will meet halfway to sort it out but that means more petrol money so would rather try and sort it myself! It seems to start filling then stops and buzzes for ages. It seems as though the sprayer arms are not turning. Have taken them off and rinsed them out and they seem fine. Any ideas?
