warm the engine up to make oil flow easier.
wear some rubber gloves
jack front of car up
place a container under the sump nut.
remove the sump nut catch the oil in container
undo the rocker filler cap to aid draining.
when oil stopped refit the sump nut and new washer
bring the oil container under the oil filter
turn the filter anti clockwise with a strap wrench then undo with hands (messy bit cuss filter mounted sideways)
