msn signing in attempt 2, 3, 4 times, how come i can't log in?

I sometimes can log in other times i can't
msn doesn't log in, signing in attempts 2,3 4 times, it sux.

i can't get msn to work to read my email. even when i open up internet explorer, hotmail.com won't sign in.

annoying...can you help?

Not without knowing a lot more. All you say is that it doesn't work. As the common denominator is - Microsoft. Have you tried them?
