you need to slacken adjuster first [under h/brake gaiter] then adjust rear brakes -may need to remove drums to adjust -don't over adjust ,make sure they aren't binding then adjust handbrake.

First take off the drums and adjust from there,then maybe adjust the h/brake if it needs it.
