2001 vauxhall vectra 2.0 dti fuel injection pump fault?

My vauxhall vectra 2.0 dti 51 reg won't start. The car stopped when got stuck in the snow. The diesel is getting up to the injection pump but not pumping out of the delivery valves of the injection pump. Any ideas please? this car has done just over 100,000 miles. Thanks Gemma.

Thankyou 2 both of you for your answers! I appreciate them! The situation now is I have just had a diagnostics tester applied and the result is that it is the fuel injection pump /ecu at fault! Can anyone inlighten me how to go about this possibly costly repair? thanks Gemma.

if its the bosch VP30 its likely the ECM at fault (expensive)
