I've had the zanussi washing machine for about 15 months, when i select a programme the machine doesnt seem to have any water pumping through it and there is a fairly quiet grinding noise low down on the machine. I've checked the filter and water hoses supply. Both seem to be good. Advise would be massively appreciated

Hi thanks for suggestion. I checked the filter cradle and it all seems to be clear. There is not a digital display on the machine and so I dont see an error code appearing. Any more thoughts would be appreciated......? Thanks

remove the filter at the bottom and then shine a torch in to the filter housing and check if there is anything in the drain pump impellor
