how do i fix my hotpoint tumble dryer ctd80?

my tumble dryer has no heat and comes up with error
F10 on the screen any ideas thanks

Hello,

I work for Glotech who repair domestic appliances. According to my book of fault codes F10 = "Common of heater open, one shot open."

That isn't that clear if your repairing it yourself you need to test the element.
