The door of my wd12x won't open. I've tried turning everything off and back on again and leaving it for a while (a couple of days) but the catch still seems to be jammed shut. Can you help?

I'm going to try and fix my machine tonight, I'll see if there is another way to open the door. The dial on my machine is just going around and round when starting a programme...

If it still has water in the drum, it will need to be drained so that the water level is below the sensor, then the door should be open. The outlet hose will allow you to drain the drum if you detatch it from the fittings and let is lie on the floor. Put the nozzle into a basin to catch the draining water. You should hear a click from inside when the level has dropped.

Thank you. I've checked and the water has already drained out. Is there anything else I can do?
