Alarm on X type Jaguar going off at any time?

My X type Jaguar 2005 has started to sound the alarm some days and nights and then its ok and then starts again, can any one help

Just had same problem and had it fixed today.(26/05/10). Garage checked alarm data and it turned out to be a faulty door catch on the drivers side door. This has been replaced and I'm assured the fault has been sorted. Cost £106 plus an hours labour. Hope this helps.
