kx125 failing kickstart?

Kickstart does not engage when it does youve only got 2in kick.

i think she means she has only got 2 inches of kickstart travel after the gear engages .am i right?

Yes i know what you mean victor lol.but anyway you will have to remove the clutch cover to inspect.it will be the idler gear or mechamism for the kick start.easy to sort out,when you press on the kick start it pushes out to engage the cogs,yours is worn or teeth are missing from the cog,get them cheap on ebay.
