how can i fix gilera dna 125 holds back on full throttle?

hi my gilera dna 125 4 stroke somtimes on the flat losses power but keep running and always on hills will only do 25 to 35 mph with throttle open how can i fix it thanks

it will rev on the stand fine but up hills it looses power

so if you rev it on the stand it will rev out for a few seconds then just die down to tickover speed even with the throttle still wide open ?

no it goes to tick over and after a couple of revs it picks back up and goes again

it sounds like it may be running weak ,does it run the same speed if you close the throttle a bit?
