I recommend not to plug the printer to your computer yet. There are Lexmark Z615 drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. Just go to this link: http://bit.ly/b6qpo0. Click on the Microsoft or Macintosh dropdown found below the page to choose the operating system of your computer. Download and install the software. Follow the instructions. Hope this helps.
