oil leak?

after removing covers, can see cam rotating concentricly (bouncing), will a new camshaft sort it, or can the cam problem be more deep seated ie valves ,pistons

I take it when you say it is bouncing,it is broken in half,depending on make?model?engine?have you checked the timing belt.
