Hi I have had the shower for a year and it has just started stuttering on start up. The shower eventually runs after about 30 seconds but the stuttering is getting worse. It stutters less on the medium setting. Any thoughts?

at the minute mine is also messing about like this, i have been sent a new 'phased shut down relay' but this is not the problem, i have started taking it apart and testing things and so far (but not 100%) it is looking like the micro switch that turns the element on. i have put my multi meter on it and it will not switch on. i will remove the shower and further examine it and let u know in a day or two if this was the culprit.

Could be the solenoid valve inside - we bought a replacement and fitted it but didnt fix the stuttering. Then Redring tech said it could be the shutoff pcb and the relay - cost of those would be about £36 so prob go and buy new shower
