fridge keeps bleeping? hotpoint ff200e?

my fridge keeps bleeping the door has not been left open tried turning off and on still it bleeps and the internal light flashes.

Turn dials at top to off close doors, then switch off at mains. Switch it back on and then turn the dials up to a medium setting. Takes a good 10 minutes for fridge to get going again but eventually it does.
