The agitator in my Simpson Enduro 702 spins in a clockwise direction only?

How do I go about getting the agitator to oscillate between turning clockwise then anti-clockwise. It is driven to move clockwise for a second, pauses (without stopping) then goes on to move clockwise again in that fashion throughout the wash cycle. It wont move in an anti-clockwise direction.
Thanks for any advice offered. It is probably a case for the skip!

All solved. I found another post on this site that mentioned a motor control module as the unit that reverses the motor to provide agitation. As luck would have it, I was out bike riding a few weeks ago and found an Enduro 701 on the side of the road. I salvaged the top panel in case I ever needed parts, thinking the main control dial that gets all the work, might 'let go' one day. Fixed to that top panel was a motor control module. A quick changeover and the machine works perfectly now.
