my white knight tumble did the same. pain in the arse is that its a fitted unit so you have to pull the whole thing out just to push the red button to reset it.in future make sure you clear dust collector out regulaly.

Have you pressed the red reset button on the back if fitted?.Element blown?.Thermostat open circuit?
