When I make a phone call with this BT Studio 1100 phone, I can hear the recipient but they can't hear me. (The secrecy button has not been pressed). There are two units and both are now having this problem. There is no mention of this problem in the user manual. Does anyone know if this be fixed or is it time to buy a non BT phone???
