pretty straight forward , if its the peugeot one it comes with the fittings, all you need to do is drill the panel, the template is already there on the panel very very easy

mmmmmm whats a parcel hook ?i have seen hooks on piaggios/gileras for holding shopping bags and helmets is that what you mean?if so then i would suggest mounting a hook near the seat hinge where the seat bolts to the seat bucket as this will be covered when the seat is closed .please elaborate on your requirements
