My W focus windows no longer go to the top/ bottom automatically, I need to hold the switch down, how do i reset this?

Hi Brian,
This is the method for resetting the windows on a Mondeo, it might be the same for the Focus.

1) press the power window switch close button untill window fully closed then keep it pressed for a further second.
2) release the close button then press it again two or three more times for one second each time.
3) press the open button untill the window is fully open.
4) briefly press the close button to the second detent and release the button. If the window does not close automatically, repeat the complete procedure.
5) repeat for the other windows
