lervia HK4000 won't sew?

when the needle goes down, the cotton does not form loop to make stitch with bobbin. How to fix this??

Hello Ben.
Try a new needle first, if that does not work it may need retiming, type my email address as you say it not as you see it and I will attach instructions.
