when i got bike it was working but i took it apart to check the rings and to se why it was blowing lots of smoke out when i put it back together where the kick start is there was this niose so i took the side of and found a sping hade hit the belt and it hasnt started since i dont no if this as nocked the timing out or not how do i re set it and there seems that theres to much petrol going in as the plug is wet

the year is 2000 and the cc is 100cc it was runing at time then when i took it a part and put it backtogether it did start then we hurd a clatter as i took the cover of where the belt is a spring hade court the belt and thats the only thing i can se what as done a slite bit of damage to the belt so what do i need to do now

ok why did you take it apart, thats the worst thing you could have done! its 2 stroke-they smoke-no smoke is bad! you are looking for the wrong fault you should have checked your oil pump first, supply more bike details please cc year etccc
