I am having a similar problem, no water is pumped up to the water tank, it all comes out of the bottom. Can you tell me what panel I should be removing to get access to de-fluff the pump. I have attempted to remove all panels, before reading the info on this site, it is driving me round the twist!!!!

not sure of the model but i had a similar problem on a white knight dryer and it turned out to be a plastic tank mounted on the bottom of the dryer that is meant to tranfer the water from the condensor to the pump that was blocked with fluff. no need to take the dryer to bits turn the dryer on its side and unscrew panel
